• 1 box Elliotts Pasta and Italian Red Sauce Mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 cups water
  • 2- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Brown beef and drain well. In a large pan combine beef, water, tomato sauce, carrots, celery, and sauce mix. Cook at a slow simmer until vegetables are tender. Cook pasta according directions; drain. Add pasta and parmesan cheese and heat through.
