Brownies: Comes in a resealable, BPA Free package, that makes one-9×13 pan.
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 9×13 pan
- 1 Package Buckaroo Brownies
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and oil on low for 20 seconds. Add Elliotts Buckaroo Brownie Mix. Beat on low until moistened, about 20 seconds.
- Beat on medium until well blended, about 30 seconds.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean.
- Cool brownies.
Makes about 40 brownies.

Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch and monocalcium phosphate).
