Ingredients:

  • 1 box Elliotts Pasta and Italian Red Sauce Mix
  • 6 smoked polish sausages
  • 1- 14.5 oz. can of chopped tomatoes with chilies

Directions:

Slice polish sausages into 1 inch slices and brown in skillet. Add tomatoes and the package of sauce mix; stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Prepare pasta as directed on box; drain. Add prepared pasta to sausage mix, heat and serve. Can also be made with cooked chicken, shrimp or any combination of the three. If this is too spicy you can just use plain chopped tomatoes or 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes with chilies.
