- 1 box Elliotts Pasta and Mushroom Bacon Sauce Mix
- 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Prepare pasta as directed on box. Drain. Brown beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Prepare mushroom bacon sauce mix. Add to beef mixture. Heat through. Reduce heat; stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve with prepared pasta.
