Shipping Policy

Elliotts guarantee that your products will be delivered exactly as described. You will receive the correct product ordered and the products will arrive in wholesome condition. If for some reason you or your gift recipients are not satisfied, please contact Elliotts Customer Service by the first business day after receipt of the order so that we can find the best possible solution. PLEASE REFUSE any packages that are damaged on delivery. We cannot accept returns since our products are perishables and the cost of return shipments would be prohibitive to ourselves and our customers. We want HAPPY CUSTOMERS and encourage both customers and recipients to contact Elliotts Customer Service with any concerns or comments.

Regarding your Delivery

Elliotts ship on Mondays and Tuesdays with a delivery time of 2 – 3 days. We do not deliver on Holidays. Your perishable package will be delivered through the United States Postal Service.  Upon arrival, keep the perishable product refrigerated or frozen. Please make proper arrangements for the receipt of this package, including notifying your gift recipient. If your package will be dropped off by a carrier notify the carrier where to leave the product. Damage or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address and delivery information will void our guarantee. In addition, we cannot guarantee shipments if proper arrangements are not made to receive our package.
We are sorry, but we cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Frozen Items

All frozen items will be carefully packaged in a re-usable cooler with ice packs to preserve freshness. Immediate refrigeration or freezing is a must.

Non-Perishable Shipping

All non-perishable items will be packaged carefully to ensure the integrity of the products. All products will be shipped using a heavy-duty shipping box.

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift order intended to be a surprise, please be sure the ‘ship to’ address has someone to receive the item so it may be refrigerated or frozen the day of arrival. We CAN NOT be expected to replace orders that are received inaccurately.
