From the time your order comes in, we need 2 weeks as everything is prepared fresh. This also will give you a little time in case you have a late order that needs to be added in.

Your order will be delivered to the location at the date and time that works with your schedule. We will be available to help with the sorting process so that everything is distributed correctly to the participants.

Yes. We encourage you to check around your area to see if there is a group using Elliotts for a fundraiser or that would like a great fundraiser. We use a percentage of all online sales for promotions, bonuses, etc., for the fundraising groups that work with us.

We give a larger discount to fundraising groups so they can raise money for their organizations. We also give a percentage of all online sales to our fundraising groups. Our online prices also include packaging charges such as ice packs, coolers, and shipping charges.

Our cookie dough is meant to be eaten after it has been properly baked. All of our products are made with pasteurized eggs to ensure the absence of salmonella at the time of manufacture. But, once the dough has been thawed, there is always the possibility of contamination. Please, treat raw cookie dough like you would any other perishable product.

For best quality the cookie dough keeps 7 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.

No, you may scoop out the desired amount and place the remaining dough back into the freezer or refrigerator.

Yes. However, after being thawed and refrozen several times, the dough may degrade in quality.

Yes. Thaw dough slightly at a low power, scoop out what you would like to use and then you can refreeze the rest. Make sure not to overcook in the microwave.

The cookie dough is perishable and must be kept frozen or refrigerated. The cookie dough may be left out during distribution, but should be placed back into refrigeration after that point.

All of our products may contain traces of nuts or nut oils (including peanuts).
